Booking process

1. Share your wishes

Keep the reference below. This is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. For urgent requests, call or email us with your reference.

2. Agree itinerary and quote

Your quote will specify accommodation, room types, transport, meals, guiding, entrance fees and exclusions. Flights, upgrades, supplements and child policies are confirmed separately. Submitting the form does not reserve any service.

3. Confirm in writing

Pay only using instructions and beneficiary details verified directly with the company. This website does not accept online payments.

The route may change with weather, fitness and availability. The day-by-day programme is agreed before booking.
